Exhibitors

Exhibitors are warmly invited to attend the Flute Festival Mid-South. You are an important part of our festival and we hope to see you at the Festival!

How to register as an Exhibitor:

Download and complete the Exhibitor Form. Send it along with your exhibitor fee and program book ad to the address on the form. Forms, fees and ads must be received no later than February 20, 2012.  This cannot be overemphasized. As our organization is 100% volunteer, this deadline will be honored without exception.

Please note: All checks must be written in blue or black ink.  Our credit union will not accept checks written in anything other than blue or black.
