Nominations will be accepted for the Flute Festival Mid-South Honor Flute Choirs beginning in January 2012. There will be flute choirs for students and for adults. Participants will rehearse and perform with flutists from all over the South during the annual festival. We invite you to participate in this exciting event! 

How to Apply: Students who have not yet graduated from high school are allowed to apply. There is no lower age limit, but students should have at least a year of experience. There is no fee to participate in the flute choir; however, all participants must be members of the Mid-South Flute Society.

The Senior High Flute Choir will include flutists in 9th-12th grades, with at least one year of experience.

The Junior High Flute Choir will include flutists with at least on year of experience who are in eighth grade or below.

Part Assignments: All applicants will be accepted. Parts will be assigned based on the evaluation of the director or instructor. Please remember to indicate on your form if you have access to a piccolo, alto or bass flute.
